Since 1865, Jules Tournier has been perpetuating French textile excellence in the heart of the Montagne Noire. As a family business, we design and manufacture exceptional fabrics for top-of-the-range fashion and demanding technical applications.
Our unique know-how, combining traditional craftsmanship and industrial innovation, enables us to master the entire textile production chain, from yarn to fabric. 100% of our fabrics are designed and manufactured in France, in our historic factory in Mazamet.
As a company committed to responsible production, we favour short supply chains, natural fibres (Arles merino wool, organic cotton, nettle, etc.) and processes with a low environmental impact.

Our expertise: complete mastery of textile design
At Jules Tournier, we integrate the entire textile manufacturing process, from the rigorous selection of fibres to the finishing of the fabrics.
Our creative department creates over a thousand references each year, working closely with our customers’ style offices to design exclusive, made-to-measure fabrics.
Our technical expertise positions us as a major player in high added-value niche markets, notably in the supply of textiles for the manufacture of protective gloves, anti-perforation fabrics for protective clothing, in the personal protective equipment (PPE) markets and as the world leader in fabrics for fencing outfits.
